Sausage roll, eggs and mozzarella. A different way to serve your daily breakfast and perfect for tiny hands. Today it is rather the idea than a recipe. It's that simple, just cook as many sausages as you need and set aside. We make an omelette, while the omelette is still on the stove and in the pan, place sliced mozzarella or cheese of our choice on one end and let the cheese melt. Transfer the omelette to a plate, place the sausage on top of the cheese and roll up. I cut mine into small pieces or I can serve yours cut in half. Good appetite. .
