Homemade Hash Browns Homemade hash browns are so easy and so delicious, I really don't think anyone can go wrong making them. Perfect for tiny hands my 1 year old and 3 year old gobbled them up for breakfast. Makes about 10 ingredients * 4 medium potatoes washed * 1 egg (lightly beaten) * 3 tablespoons flour * 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste * 1/2 teaspoon pepper * 35 g parmesan For frying * Vegetable oil Instructions * Grate the potatoes on the grating side (no need to peel them) * Wash the grated potatoes in a colander to remove the starch. * DRY the potatoes between a thick layer of paper towel, making sure to squeeze out every bit of moisture firmly. Change towels if necessary and repeat * Transfer the grated potatoes to a medium-sized bowl. * Add all the remaining ingredients and mix. * In a pan, add enough oil to heat on medium high heat and fill a tablespoon and flatten the top down to form a circle shape. * Fry each side until golden brown. * Transfer to a plate lined with two layers of kitchen paper. Good appetite . * Transfer to a plate lined with two layers of kitchen paper. Good appetite . * Transfer to a plate lined with two layers of kitchen paper. Good appetite . .
