It's the idea today. Leftover pizza dough? Well of course turn them into cinnamon rolls and nutella chop rolls. I made some pizza for my family last night and had so much dough left over that I thought I might as well give it to some treats. If you have some dough left over just roll it out to your desired thickness into a rectangle shape, I made mine as mini cinnamon rolls so I rolled it thinner than usual. Spread some softened butter all over the surface of the dough in the same way you would make regular cinnamon rolls. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl mixing together, you can use regular white sugar or a combination of brown and white whatever you like and sprinkle this mixture generously over the surface of the buttered pastry. Roll tightly and cut into 2-3 cm pieces using a serrated knife. For Nutella and choc chip, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Warm the Nutella in the microwave for a smoother texture and then using a spatula or knife spread the Nutella all over the top surface of the dough, as much as you like with no rules
Finally, sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top (don't skip it, it really does!) wrap tightly and cut into 2-3 cm pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees until golden. The time will depend on the thickness of your dough and how large you cut the dough. Just keep an eye on it and take it out when it turns brown. If you want, make some cream frosting, pour and finish. . . .
